Analysis of the cultural dimensions of Hofstede in Italy - Colombia

This graphic show the differences between Italy's dimensions and Colombia's dimension 

Those countrys are different in many aspects, cultures and characteristics. We can see the variety in their scores, especially in Individualism and Indulgence. These couple of dimension shows a high contrast:

Individualism

Colombia with one of the lowest score in individualism, have a 13 that indicates that the collective opinion are very important in the society, they prefer to stay in groups than individuals. For Colombians the relationships are the key for achieve goals and have success. And in the other hand, Italy with a score of 76 in individualism, shows as a country that achieve their owns goals, and is fundamental their own family and people. They respect the opinion, but their opinion is principal. Italians prefer to do individuals works than collectives works.

Indulgence

Colombia with one of the highest score in Indulgence, have a 83 indicates that Colombians have a positive and impulsive attitude in most of their time, and always follows their thoughts and have a reaction to any action without prior meditation. And the other hand, Italy with a score of 30 indicates that Italians tend to be pessimists in any situation, they prefer to do duties instead achieve heir desires. Countrys with lowest scores in Indulgence can be called "Restrained societies".
