 In Italy like in any other countries have different subcultures, but in this case we decided the two more relevant subcultures. First we talk about the Mafia, this we view in any movies like “The Godfather”, we can see that they represent it as one of the most dangerous and recognized mafias in the world. They show the power and the reach they can get.  Also one of the most notable Italian subcultures is the Catholic culture, it is very prevalent in many aspects regarding the country. Considering it’s at the forefront of many revolutionary political and social movements, and even though the Church has undergone many changes in the latest centuries, losing a lot of dominance due to secular Liberalism, it’s following has maintained a place in Italy (39,661,400 members).

 Italian 1. Eat pasta and pizza every day. 2. Cooks delicious, especially pizza and pasta. 3. Always says: "Mamma mia" on a sentence. 4. They're grease. (Loves the 80's trend). 5. A good Italian have a mustache.  6. Says: "Ciao bella" 7. Always sing loudly. 8. Every street are full of songs and loud music. 9. Loves Opera. 10. Haves dreams like an Italian restaurant. 11. They are friendly. 12. Obsessed with Italian coffee. 13. Enjoy with a glass of wine. 14. They're affectionate and touchy-feely so much so that even men kiss each other.

 what is the role of women in Italian culture? What are those stereotypes that Italians have? first of all we recognize as in many cultures that the women is exclusively in charge of the family, therofore, the women dedicate all of her time to the home and their childrens, although, nowdays we realize that as in Colombian culture as well as the Italian this it is not radical, nevertheless, in the past it was difficult to get a job due to in the Italians culture the main role of women was the family such as the Colombian culture.The main stereotypes of the Italians are: - eat pizza and pasta all the time - say mamma mia with this gesture The first stereotype, we realize that it is very true since Italians tend to eat a lot of pasta in their meals in different types of presentations such as macaroni or carbonara, also, a curious fact in Bologna, in this region italians say  "pasta al raghù" instead of bolognese pasta,on the other hand,  we think that all italians are fans o...
